Astrological coaching is an on-going relationship that goes deeper than a single chart consultation. We’ll use your unique natal chart to deepen your understanding of your inner world, and work together to apply those insights to the changes you want to make in your life.

Coaching can be helpful when you are faced are with a major life transition, experiencing an existential crisis, searching for meaning and purpose in life, or just looking for support and guidance in building the life you want.

I can help you identify and remove barriers, strategize paths forward, and serve as an accountability-buddy and cheerleader until you reach your destination; helping you stay on track, stay motivated, and offering an empathetic sounding board.

We’ll talk about what archetypes might be showing up in your life and how these different parts of you relate to each other and the world. What myths or stories are you living out? What narratives are holding you back? How might you re-write those stories and change the narrative? What will your next chapter contain?

We’ll identify which parts are playing an outsized role and which characters deserve a more of the stage. What changes can you make in your life to honor the needs and gifts of these parts? How can you edit your “scripts” to give each part the role it deserves?

For folks who don’t know their birth time, or just aren’t interested in working with astrology, I also offer personal development coaching. Rather than working with your natal chart, we might draw on archetypical characters from mythology or pop culture. We may use the “fools journey,” a classic narrative structure, or invent our own structure.
